GoodAI offers a free tier and three paid tiers. Everyone can explore the platform and run demo (paper) bots for free. Live trading — placing real orders on your own exchange account with your withdraw-disabled key — starts on the paid tiers.

The 14-day Pro trial
Every new sign-up gets a 14-day full-Pro trial — all Pro features, no charge up front.
To keep trials fair while still letting you trade for real, the trial applies a cumulative live-notional cap of $5,000 per day. That's the total dollar value of live orders you can place per day during the trial; demo trading is unaffected. After 14 days, if you haven't chosen a paid plan, your account drops to Free (your bots stop live trading; demo and backtesting continue).
A cancelled paid plan keeps its access until the end of the period you've already paid for, then reverts to Free.
How you pay
GoodAI is paid from a prepaid balance that you top up with USDT on the TRON network (TRC-20). There are no card payments.
- Deposit. Open Billing in the app and send USDT (TRC-20) from a wallet you control to your personal deposit address. Deposits are credited automatically once confirmed on-chain — usually within a few minutes. Minimum deposit $10; maximum account balance $250 for now.
- Activate a plan. Choosing a plan charges the full month or year from your balance immediately. Renewals are charged automatically at the end of each period.
- If your balance runs short at renewal, you get a 7-day grace period and an email. Top up and the plan continues; otherwise the account drops to Free and any live bots are paused.
- Switching plans mid-period credits the unused part of your current period against the new charge.
- Withdraw any unused balance at any time from Billing — back to an address you deposited from, minimum $10, less a flat $2 network fee. Payouts are made by hand from cold storage and normally arrive within 2 business days.
Send only USDT on TRON (TRC-20). Other tokens or networks sent to the deposit address cannot be recovered. Deposit from your own wallet, not an exchange: withdrawals only go back to addresses you deposited from.
Charged periods are final; unused balance is always withdrawable. Full terms: good.ai/terms.

- AI Assistant (Pro, coming soon): When it launches, the AI Assistant will be strictly read-only — it can analyze your portfolio and propose bot configurations, but it can never place orders or change your settings on its own. You always stay in control.
- Futures / leverage (Pro, in development): Leveraged and futures strategies are being built and verified before release.
